Step:3: Type NOTEPAD in run prompt WINDOW and press ENTER.
Step:5: Save as anything .vbs
Step:6: Open the file where you have saved.
Step:7: The window will appear type anything you want to hear.
Step:8: Then click ok. Speech will be come
