Step:2: Press windows key and R .Then run command prompt will be open follow step3.
Step:3: Type NOTEPAD IN THAT WINDOW and press ENTER.
Step:4: In notepad copy or type the code as it is............
Step:5: SAVE THE FILE AS WELCOME U.VBS
Step:6: Then open the file and a window speech will appear.
