Step:3: Type NOTEPAD in that run prompt WINDOW and press ENTER.
Step:4: In notepad copy or type the code as given below
Step:5: Save the file as web unblocker.bat
Step:6: Open the file created cmd window will open and then type the address or url and click enter.
Step:7: The ip address of the website will come take the address and search in webpage.
